BESGO was honoured to co-present the panel discussion “Workforce Transformation for Social Good: Rethinking Talent Development for a Future-Ready Economy” at ReThinkHK 2026, held at Impact Stage, HKCEC on last Friday. Moderated by Dr. Fred Ku, Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies) of CUHK Business School and Programme Director of BESGO CUHK, the panel brought together four distinguished speakers:

💡 Ms. Janice Sue Wong — SVP – AI & Innovation Strategy, Nan Fung Group

 

The discussion explored how education, business, technology, and cross-sector collaboration can work together to prepare future-ready talent while creating positive social impact. Panellists shared valuable insights on the evolving demands of the workforce, the role of AI and innovation in talent development, lifelong learning, and the importance of building inclusive pathways that enable individuals and communities to thrive in a rapidly changing economy.
