Responsible Business Workshop (RBW) 2026, a specially designed programme that offers a fresh learning experience featuring two immersive trips: the first in Taiwan (focusing on Chiayi and Kaohsiung) in Mar 2026, and the second held locally in Hong Kong in May 2026.

Study Trip in Hong Kong: 11 – 15 May 2026 (Mon to Fri)
***Participants are required to complete both trips and attend the online workshops

Fee
Participants are required to pay a non-refundable programme fee of HKD800 and to arrange and purchase their own round-trip air tickets to Taiwan.
The programme fee covers all programme-related costs for both the Taiwan and Hong Kong trips, including hotel accommodation, local transportation, and some group meals during the Taiwan trip.
Please note that an additional deposit of HKD500 is required for the Taiwan trip. This deposit will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the trip.
Further details regarding the trips and payment methods will be announced to successful applicants in due course.
Registration
Interested students please submit your application via CUWebform HERE by 15 Feb 2026 at 11:59pm.
Registrants may go through a selection process if the course receives an overwhelming number of applications. Shortlisted applicants will be notified by phone call (phone no. starts with 3943) or via email.

Important Notes
Participants will be enrolled in a credit-bearing course IBBA3010X: Issues in Business in the Summer Session, 2025/26, and 2 credits will be earned upon the completion of this programme.
To complete the programme, participants are required to complete both trips and attend the workshops as stated above.
In accordance with General Regulations Governing Full-time Undergraduate Studies, a student shall take no more than 6 units of courses in each summer session, and no student shall be allowed to take more than 39 units in an academic year. You are advised to work on your study plan before submitting the application for this study tour.
In support of Point 3, students who are expected to exceed the maximum course loads may consider to apply for an Exceeding Course Load through CUSIS to seek approval from RES and their programme/department. However, approval is not guaranteed in such instances, and students shall take responsibility for any incurred losses if they are deemed ineligible for the study tour. For further information, please refer to the official website of RES HERE.
For final-year students expected to graduate in Semester 2 of 2025/26, please be aware that participating in this programme will affect the graduation assessment. The assessment will be deferred to a later date, and the graduation results will be released around mid-August subject to fulfilment of graduation requirements. Therefore, it is important for final-year students to carefully consider your plans before deciding to join this study tour.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own visa document if necessary.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Undergraduate Office (UGO), CUHK Business School shall be final.
